Location: Flexible, based in Santa Clara, California. Region: AMS (North America and Canada).
Salary: $220,300 - $396,500 base pay

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of field marketing directors to execute ABM-led GTM plans across Target Account Lists.
- Partner with AMS Sales leaders to translate revenue goals and buying group strategies into actionable marketing programs.
- Champion Customer Growth Marketing to expand adoption, accelerate renewals, and grow wallet share.
- Collaborate with ABM, Executive Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Geo Hub teams on segment-specific plans.
- Measure program ROI using data and analytics to optimize lead flow, segmentation, and attribution.
- Manage the annual field marketing budget with accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Requirements
- 15+ years in B2B marketing with strong demand generation and pipeline orientation.
- Proven success leading field marketing teams in large-scale cloud or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Experience with customer marketing, user communities, or lifecycle marketing.
- Track record of partnering with enterprise sales using ABM and buying group methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Must be located in or have authorization to work in the USA/Canada (AMS Region).
