What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end tradeshow motion, including strategy, negotiation, and planning across priority verticals.
• Execute high-precision field events such as executive roundtables and hosted dinners to progress pipeline.
• Lead the ABM motion to reach and advance high-priority accounts from awareness to active pipeline.
• Design and lay the groundwork for Otter's first owned user conference.
• Optimize the field-to-pipeline handoff by building briefs and plays for the Sales team.
• Track and report on field investment ROI, connecting spend to deal velocity and revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or demand generation with direct event ownership.
• Proven experience as a primary owner of tradeshow programs, including booth strategy and vendor negotiation.
• Track record of running account-based programs (ABM) that demonstrably move pipeline.
• Experience planning and executing owned events (dinners, roundtables, or conferences) end-to-end.
• Ability to use data to justify investments and measure bookings impact.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous programs.
