Location: Remote (Must live permanently in or near a major US metro)

Salary: $106,000 - $175,000 + equity (depending on location tier)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end field events strategy and annual calendar for hirify.global Optimize.
  • Execute executive roundtables, hosted dinners, and targeted conference activations to generate enterprise pipeline.
  • Design and run pre- and post-event sales motions in partnership with BDRs and AEs.
  • Build and own pipeline attribution models to measure event ROI and effectiveness.
  • Partner with PMM, Brand, and Demand Generation on event content and speaker strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience owning field events programs at a B2B SaaS company with a focus on pipeline generation.
  • Proven ability to build BDR and sales partnerships to convert events into revenue.
  • Experience operating in green-field environments and building playbooks from scratch.
  • Ability to manage multiple event formats for various buyer profiles and deal sizes.
  • Analytical proficiency to build attribution models and defend ROI to leadership.
  • Must be based permanently in the United States.
