What you will do

• Own end-to-end GTM planning processes, including annual/quarterly planning, quota setting, and headcount capacity.
• Partner with GTM and Finance leadership to develop revenue forecasts and resource allocation plans.
• Design and administer sales compensation and incentive programs.
• Deliver actionable performance insights by identifying business drivers, opportunities, and risks.
• Serve as a strategic partner to drive cross-functional alignment and enable effective decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strategic finance experience within a high-growth technology company.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience owning revenue forecasting or sales compensation processes.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Hex, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Prior ownership of GTM planning and quota processes.
• Previous startup or 0 to 1 operational experience in a high-growth AI or SaaS environment.
