Location: Hybrid in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA (In-office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)
Salary: $185,000 - $220,000 per year

What you will do
- Own core GTM performance reporting, including forecasting, QBRs, and Board updates to surface business health and risks.
- Lead high-impact analyses on market expansion, segmentation, coverage models, and headcount allocation.
- Drive end-to-end strategic GTM programs such as funnel efficiency improvements and territory/motion design.
- Design and optimize the GTM operating cadence, KPI frameworks, and cross-functional planning systems.
- Build scalable AI-enabled workflows and automations to reduce manual work and accelerate business insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in highly analytical environments such as strategy & ops, finance, or consulting.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York or San Francisco.
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
- Experience designing KPI frameworks and performance reporting systems for executive visibility.
- Strong first-principles problem solving and ability to handle ambiguous business challenges.
- Proven track record of leading multi-month initiatives and influencing cross-functional leadership.
Nice to have

- Experience in PLG (Product-Led Growth) or hybrid PLG + sales-led environments.
- History of rapid professional growth and progressive responsibilities.
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation tools in a business context.
