TL;DR

Central GTM Strategy & Operations Manager (SaaS): Shaping hirify.global’s global go-to-market strategy and operating system with an accent on performance measurement, resource allocation, and revenue scaling. Focus on designing scalable models, driving high-impact strategic initiatives, and operationalizing GTM processes in an AI-enabled world.

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA (In-office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $185,000 - $220,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own core GTM performance reporting, including forecasting, QBRs, and Board updates to surface business health and risks.
  • Lead high-impact analyses on market expansion, segmentation, coverage models, and headcount allocation.
  • Drive end-to-end strategic GTM programs such as funnel efficiency improvements and territory/motion design.
  • Design and optimize the GTM operating cadence, KPI frameworks, and cross-functional planning systems.
  • Build scalable AI-enabled workflows and automations to reduce manual work and accelerate business insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in highly analytical environments such as strategy & ops, finance, or consulting.
  • Must be based in or able to work from New York or San Francisco.
  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
  • Experience designing KPI frameworks and performance reporting systems for executive visibility.
  • Strong first-principles problem solving and ability to handle ambiguous business challenges.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-month initiatives and influencing cross-functional leadership.

  • hirify.global power user or a strong desire to become one.
  • Experience in PLG (Product-Led Growth) or hybrid PLG + sales-led environments.
  • History of rapid professional growth and progressive responsibilities.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation tools in a business context.
