Location: Hybrid: New York

Compensation: $160K – $210K + Equity

What you will do

  • Maximize value across the funnel by identifying and solving inefficiencies using hirify.global and other tooling.
  • Drive internal moonshot goals to expand sales efficiency and uncover new use cases for the product.
  • Embed within the sales organization to generate novel solutions and anticipate technological shifts.
  • Lead implementation of sales processes, methodologies, playbooks, and the GTM operating rhythm.
  • Partner with GTM Finance on capacity models, incentive rollouts, and segment prioritization.
  • Collaborate with GTM Engineering to push product boundaries and provide practitioner-led feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York (Hybrid).
  • 8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, and analysis.
  • 4+ years in revenue operations at a hypergrowth AI or SaaS company.
  • Minimum 1 year of direct ownership over a P&L, quota, or business outcome.
  • Exceptional quantitative modeling skills and experience analyzing sales performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI to professional workflows or team processes.
