What you will do

  • Lead the weekly forecast rhythm and QBR process to track pipeline health and ensure business predictability.
  • Own GTM reporting and analytics, creating executive-ready insights via Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Manage Salesforce data integrity, opportunity hygiene, and account/territory assignments.
  • Optimize the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Nooks, Amplemarket, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Integrate AI tools like Claude to automate routine workflows and accelerate data analysis.
  • Design and document scalable sales processes and coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Expert-level Salesforce proficiency, including CRM data management and territory assignment.
  • Strong analytical capability to translate large datasets into concise executive narratives.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and drive alignment.
  • Proven track record of executing with precision in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling foundational Sales Ops processes at venture-backed companies (Series B through growth stage).
  • Background in building GTM systems and data infrastructure within a RevOps function.
  • Experience in AI-native companies or developer-tool domains.
