TL;DR

Location: On-site in San Francisco
Compensation: $150K – $220K

What you will do
- Revamp and scale the GTM enablement program across onboarding, training, messaging, and execution.
- Build scalable onboarding experiences and sales playbooks to ensure new hires ramp quickly.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to translate positioning into actionable sales materials.
- Define the AI strategy for GTM, implementing automation and agentic workflows across the revenue organization.
- Identify business bottlenecks and architect systems to unlock faster execution and larger revenue outcomes.
- Design infrastructure to improve seller productivity, CRM hygiene, and pipeline visibility.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, or GTM Strategy.
- Experience working within high-growth SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to build scalable onboarding and training systems from the ground up.
- Strategic and systems-oriented mindset focused on operational leverage and workflows.
- Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Background spanning multiple GTM disciplines such as RevOps or PMM.
- Experience implementing AI workflows and automation tooling within revenue organizations.
