What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks.
• Track performance using KPIs and metrics to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from design and construction through to closeout.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance on cost control, constructability, and value engineering.
• Manage program-level reporting, governance activities, and SOX control responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing capital projects in sectors like commercial real estate, healthcare, or data centers.
• Extensive experience in project controls, including budget management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong leadership skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of construction documentation and standard contract forms (e.g., AIA, FIDIC).
