What you will do

• Establish and manage cost management programs, tools, and procedures for large-scale capital projects.
• Integrate third-party plans and cost components into a comprehensive integrated cost plan.
• Conduct detailed analysis of cost risks, issues, and mitigations for project managers and clients.
• Drive the monthly, biweekly, and weekly accruals and forecast processes.
• Lead the earned value management (EVM) for complex manufacturing programs.
• Support the development of project execution plans and manage the RFP/RFQ process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
• 8+ years of experience as a cost management expert on capital projects (design and construction phases).
• Experience working within complex, matrixed environments.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Required experience in the construction industry.
