What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, specifications, and budget documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Identify and resolve project challenges such as resource conflicts, budget variances, and schedule delays.
• Lead the development of capital governance structures, departmental policies, and strategic roadmaps.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Proven track record of managing projects from conception through completion.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as PMP, CCM, LEED AP, or Professional Engineer.
• Experience managing capital programs with budgets exceeding $50 million.
• Experience in capital strategic and budget planning.
