What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary technical review teams for the design and development of MEP/FP/IT/AV/Security construction documents.
• Manage and control project progress, budgets, and technical scope through the design and construction administration phases.
• Interface with engineering discipline leads to ensure proper resource allocation and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Develop scope of work and fees for project proposals.
• Liaise with clients to maintain relationships and manage contracts, including fee control and receivables.
• Facilitate and troubleshoot challenges associated with the development of complex technical systems.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in mechanical or electrical consulting engineering.
• BS in engineering and/or Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• Experience with new construction and renovation projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for report and proposal writing.
• Ability to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
