Salary: $103,341 – $162,371

What you will do

• Lead the project cost control team to prepare and maintain baseline cost deliverables.
• Facilitate project forecasts and analyze monthly/quarterly reports to identify trends.
• Manage change control programs and facilitate risk management discussions.
• Interface with management and JV partners to proactively identify and escalate project issues.
• Provide guidance and work direction to less experienced project controls personnel.
• Ensure robust systems are in place to track work status and project performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or 8+ years of relevant experience without a degree).
• 6+ years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience in a home or field office.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work in construction site environments as needed.
