Salary: $115K–$168K (offers equity)

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery from contract award through reactor delivery for government and commercial customer sites.
- Manage regulatory, engineering, and siting deliverables, including local permitting through electrical interconnection.
- Drive contract milestones to completion and create/maintain deliverables in partnership with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Architect and maintain integrated master schedules and cost baselines aligned to contract obligations.
- Manage contract compliance: reporting requirements, milestone billing, and support contract modifications and change orders.
- Identify, assess, and drive resolution of programmatic risks and cross-functional dependencies; refine project management processes and reporting cadence.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in energy project development, project management, or a related field.
- Experience managing programs delivering complex capital equipment or large-scale industrial systems.
- Strong integrated master scheduling skills and ability to manage multiple parallel technical workstreams.
- Demonstrated experience managing and reporting budgets, scope, and schedules.
- U.S. citizenship required (no exceptions) and ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
- Ability to travel ~10–20% and work extended hours/weekends as necessary.
