What you will do

• Build and optimize digital channel strategies to support brand awareness and pipeline growth.
• Fully own the webinar strategy and execution lifecycle using the ON24 platform.
• Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical site audits.
• Support paid media execution across PPC and paid social campaigns to improve funnel conversion.
• Direct AI-assisted workflows for research, drafting, and performance analysis to improve scalability.
• Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strategic marketing experience with proven digital campaign ownership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
• Proven experience managing webinar strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategy, local SEO, and content optimization.
• Proficiency with marketing measurement tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio.
• Comfort using AI tools and managing agent-supported workflows.
