Location: Hybrid (must be based in Los Angeles, CA with an expected in-office presence of 2 days per week at the El Segundo office)

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Lead the administration and architecture of Google Workspace, MDM (Iru), and identity platforms like Rippling.
• Own technical projects end-to-end, from defining the path forward to driving execution and communicating progress.
• Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues.
• Apply AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize processes.
• Provide on-site IT leadership and hands-on support at the El Segundo headquarters.
• Manage IAM provisioning rules, app integrations, and access governance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional IT engineering experience with a track record of owning systems and projects.
• Deep expertise in Apple/Mac environments, including macOS configuration and lifecycle management.
• Advanced administration experience with Google Workspace and MDM platforms (Jamf, Mosyle, Kandji).
• Experience with SSO and identity providers such as Okta or Rippling.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 compliance, networking (Wi-Fi/VPN/DNS), and A/V conference room technology.

Nice to have

• Prior people management experience.
• Industry certifications (Jamf Certified Admin, Apple Certified Support Professional, Google Workspace Admin, Okta Certified Professional).
• ITIL certification or experience in ITIL-aligned environments.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or AppleScript.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
