Salary: $153,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Automate high-impact operational workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
• Replace manual processes with scalable, API-driven systems and internal tools using Retool and Okta Workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between HRIS, identity providers, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform to manage and version system configurations.
• Integrate AI into workflows to improve ticket routing, knowledge retrieval, and decision support.
• Design secure access workflows that enforce least-privilege principles and auditability.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in IT, platform engineering, or automation roles.
• Strong proficiency in scripting or programming with Python, Go, Node.js, or PowerShell.
• Experience building API-driven automation and implementing infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Ability to design workflows that span multiple tools and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in New York City and available for hybrid office work.

Nice to have

• Expertise in identity and access systems (Okta, SSO, SCIM, RBAC).
• Experience building internal tools with low-/no-code platforms like Retool.
• Familiarity with security automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Tines).
• Practical experience leveraging LLMs to streamline operational workflows.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST.
