What you will do

• Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents to manage complex workflows while maintaining transparency and inspectability.
• Partner with product management and design to build intuitive and extensible products that drive business growth.
• Lead hands-on frontend and full-stack development, working directly with customers to create user-centric experiences.
• Implement mechanisms for product-led growth, focusing on seamless onboarding and sharing capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or similar technologies.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueJs/Ember.
• Familiarity with server-side web technologies (Node.js), SQL, and Spark.
• Must be based in New York City.
• Demonstrated product mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into MVPs and iterate quickly.
• High ownership and bias for action in 0→1 environments, comfortable making pragmatic trade-offs.
