Sr. Business Analyst (Enterprise)

Sr. Business Analyst (Enterprise): Analyzing Starlink enterprise customer data to create reporting, recommendations, and tooling with an accent on operational efficiency and customer experience. Focus on building analytics from scratch, prototyping tools, and automating workflows to accelerate revenue.

What you will do

• Conduct SQL analyses to identify issues and opportunities impacting enterprise customers with actionable recommendations.
• Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards to quantify account health and influence change.
• Integrate with business units to identify systematic gaps in current workflows.
• Develop automation to accelerate revenue, mitigate business risk, and create operational efficiencies.
• Own data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality while training internal and external users.
• Collaborate with software development teams to improve data capture and table structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Business, CS, Engineering, or Economics preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience in reporting and analytics within operations, supply chain, or consulting.
• 3+ years of experience building datasets and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics languages such as Python or R.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (ITAR compliance).
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Advanced SQL proficiency including joins, views, and query optimizations.
• Deep understanding of database structures and ETL development.
• Intermediate coding skills in VBA, Python, or C#.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with customer operations tools (ticketing and account management).
