Business Analyst, Senior - C2H

Location: Milwaukee, United States

Salary: $88,400–$150,700 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead business analysis for high-priority projects requiring significant functional integration.
• Define detailed business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, and process documentation.
• Support product roadmapping, backlog management, prioritization, and strategic product recommendations.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing, participate in sprint reviews and release go/no-go decisions, and provide quality assurance support.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, designers, developers, QA teams, IT, and vendors to resolve implementation and business issues.
• Contribute to process improvement, change management, training materials, and delivery of complex project workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience in a development environment.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, product management, user experience design, Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and document backend system information, including data mapping and microservice components.
• Experience with defect tracking, structured and object-oriented analysis, operational process improvement, and Six Sigma methods.
• Experience leading resources on large or complex projects, with strong communication, organization, prioritization, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
• Financial services or accounting industry experience.
