Location: U.S.-based remote employee (Preference for U.S. East Coast, particularly the Boston area)

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Manage Toxicology BU clients’ IND programs and oversee general drug development progress.
• Provide technical support during the BD phase, evaluating development programs and preparing study designs based on compound characteristics.
• Lead the nonclinical TOX portion of IND-enabling programs, developing execution plans and monitoring progress across toxicology and bioanalysis.
• Coordinate with the TOX Commercial Operations Center (TOX COC) and sites in Suzhou and Nantong, China.
• Maintain constant communication with clients and internal contributors via teleconferences and site visits.
• Review scientific literature to track relevant advances and share updates with the team.

Requirements

• PhD (with 2-3 years post-doc experience) or MS degree (with 5+ years experience) in Toxicology, Pharmacology, DMPK, or related fields.
• Must be a U.S.-based employee.
• Experience with in vitro or in vivo studies in drug discovery and development.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Previous program management experience leading nonclinical programs.
• Specialized background in Toxicology and/or DMPK.
