What you will do

• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lending guidelines.
• Verify borrower information, including employment history, income, credit reports, and property details.
• Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to resolve issues and gather missing information.
• Assist in the preparation of disclosures, promissory notes, and other closing documents.
• Perform accurate data entry into loan processing and management systems.
• Maintain organized loan files and document all communications throughout the process.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and/or two years of relevant experience or training.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required customer clearance for access to systems and facilities.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment.
