What you will do

• Manage customer relationship transfers to the Credit and Resolutions Team.
• Review legal documents including promissory notes, security agreements, and mortgages to verify lien positions.
• Prepare compliance and legal notices, such as Default and Acceleration letters.
• Coordinate loan servicing processing from decisioning through closing.
• Perform loan origination and closing functions, collaborating with realtors and attorneys.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in lending, legal, or title company.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Ability to maintain compliance with regulations associated with distressed loans.
