What you will do
- Oversee Treasury Client Service Professionals and manage daily workflow to ensure all client issues are resolved effectively.
- Review and approve funds movement requests, including Wires, Transfers, and Regis.
- Collaborate with supervisors across the footprint to document process improvements and best practices.
- Coach and mentor team members, manage performance issues, and provide performance summaries to management.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for TCSP support and resolve complex account maintenance issues.
- Review and approve internal account transfers ranging from $1,000 to $25,000,000.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in a Business related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in banking and treasury client servicing.
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in treasury client servicing.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in the specified US locations.
