What you will do

• Analyze loan worksheets for new transactions and establish comprehensive closing checklists.
• Ensure proper loan approval and adherence to policies using Collateral Management Systems.
• Prepare and audit complex loans, including notes, security agreements, and mortgages.
• Build working relationships with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely loan processing.
• Manage vendor deadlines, place orders, and oversee reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
• 3-4 years of related experience in Commercial Lending, Collateral, or Loan Operations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Tulsa, OK or Denver, CO.
