Compensation: $18.50 - $21.40 per hour

What you will do

• Respond to member requests regarding first mortgage loans via in-person and electronic channels.
• Execute monetary transactions and loan file maintenance following Fannie Mae, VA, and FHA guidelines.
• Manage and document incoming requests from mail, fax, and email using the internal database.
• Ensure strict adherence to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) policies and federal lending regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in a customer service environment.
• Must be based in or able to work at the Colorado Springs, CO location.
• Ability to master mortgage lending concepts and terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with a typing speed of 30+ wpm.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in financial services or a call center environment.
• Understanding of mortgage documents such as purchase contracts and appraisals.
