Senior Solutions Architect (Banking)

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global in technical discussions with SAP product owners.
• Design architectures for banking and insurance platforms, including solutions for Basel III, regulatory risk, financial accounting, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and shape architectures for new software.
• Lead client co-innovation initiatives and advise customers in architecture and IT transformation engagements.
• Participate in the Design Authority Board and make critical design decisions.
• Analyze client processes, identify recurring patterns, and contribute insights to product strategy and the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including senior architecture or solution design experience in banking or insurance IT.
• Deep expertise in banking financial accounting and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and application architecture.
• Experience with IT transformation, consulting, data modeling, and business process modeling in banking.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as COBIT and TOGAF.
• Business-fluent English and German required.
