What you will do

• Represent the company in technical discussions with SAP product owners and lead co-innovation initiatives.
• Design architecture for banking/insurance platforms, specifically for Basel III, regulatory risk, financial accounting, and reporting.
• Participate in the Design Authority Board to make critical architectural decisions.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and shape new software architectures.
• Support IT transformation projects and landscape design for large corporate clients.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of hirify.global technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in senior architecture or solution design within banking or insurance IT.
• Deep expertise in financial accounting and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and application architecture.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as COBIT or TOGAF.
• Business fluency in both English and German is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Germany (Hybrid).
