Partner Strategy – Banking (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead strategic discussions with C-level banking stakeholders and define transformation ambitions across the banking value chain.
• Identify growth opportunities and shape early-stage client engagements.
• Develop value propositions positioning core banking, payments, and cash management solutions as strategic platforms.
• Translate banking industry developments into strategic guidance for global clients.
• Lead presales engagements by shaping solution visions, business cases, executive briefings, and competitive narratives.
• Shape the strategic direction of global RFPs and travel selectively for high-impact engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in banking strategy, digital transformation, or solution advisory.
• Subject-matter expertise in core banking or payments, banking operating models, and regulatory context.
• Proven experience in strategic presales, value advisory, or customer-facing product strategy.
• Ability to influence C-level executives, articulate value stories, and shape solution direction.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
• Must be based in Germany, the United Kingdom, or Austria for the remote role.
