Senior SAP S/4HANA FI-AA Design & Delivery Lead

What you will do

• Act as the senior subject matter expert and Design Authority for SAP FI-AA within a global S/4HANA programme.
• Lead the design, validation, and preparation of FI-AA solutions for the BUILD phase.
• Review complex design decisions, provide authoritative recommendations, and advise business and project stakeholders.
• Design solutions covering multiple ledgers, currencies, accounting principles, Asset Under Construction, capitalization, and settlement.
• Support integrations with external lease management solutions and ServiceNow, including FI-AA enhancements for high-volume asset processing.
• Lead mid-year and year-end asset migrations, reconciliation, cutover planning, and support across Design, Build, Test, Cutover, and Hypercare.

Requirements

• 12+ years of SAP Finance experience with deep specialization in SAP Asset Accounting (FI-AA).
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations across Design, Build, Test, Cutover, and Hypercare.
• Strong expertise in New Asset Accounting, parallel valuation, depreciation areas, accounting principles, and ledger integration.
• Experience with complex global template deployments across multiple countries and statutory environments.
• Hands-on experience with asset migrations, historical values, accumulated depreciation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and design governance skills; experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals.
