What you will do

• Lead presales engagements to design executable solution visions and delivery roadmaps for bank transformations.
• Translate complex banking requirements into realistic transformation paths covering operating models, data, and platform architecture.
• Advise C-level leaders on transformation readiness, risks, and operational change.
• Shape multi-year transformation roadmaps for payments, core banking, and cash management functions.
• Lead co-design sessions and architecture workshops, orchestrating partner activities.
• Identify and mitigate key delivery risks early in the presales lifecycle to support successful client outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consultancies or software companies with a strong focus on banking technology.
• Deep expertise in corporate banking, specifically global transaction banking, cash management, and payments.
• Proven track record of shaping or leading large-scale implementation and modernization programs.
• Ability to translate complex banking landscapes into executable transformation concepts.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to support complex presales pursuits.
