Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote (Global)

Compensation: $214,000 – $308,000 OTE

What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to identify merchant pain points and consult on technical solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead client engagements including discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and product demos.
• Guide merchants through the end-to-end integration process from pre-sales to go-live.
• Act as a project owner for complex integrations, aligning stakeholders and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with the Product team to identify and prioritize feature enhancements based on market feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in a merchant-facing role with complex API products, ideally in payments.
• Proficiency in implementing frontend SDKs in web or mobile environments.
• Ability to advise developers on integration best practices.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead integrations involving multiple dependencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level interactions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
