Technical Solutions Consultant (SAP)

Location: Remote, based in Germany; Frankfurt preferred. Travel across DACH and Central EMEA is required.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and represent hirify.global in customer meetings with IT, InfoSec, and enterprise architecture stakeholders.
• Advise prospects on integrating hirify.global with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, middleware, staging layers, and scheduling systems.
• Own end-to-end responses for small to mid-complexity RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec questionnaires, coordinating with Security, Legal, Product, and Customer Success.
• Support security reviews, data residency discussions, GDPR questions, vendor risk assessments, and AI governance conversations.
• Demonstrate hirify.global's AI capabilities and position the platform against SAP's planning and analytics products.
• Collaborate with account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders while developing reusable German-language and SAP-specific technical content.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Solutions Consultant in EPM, or 3+ years as a Solution Consultant for a similarly complex enterprise product.
• Enterprise IT or systems integration experience integrating SaaS solutions into an SAP ecosystem is also relevant.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, on-premise and Public Cloud deployments, SAP ECC, BW, and data integration options.
• Experience discussing REST APIs, connectors, file-based integration, authentication, authorization, data residency, GDPR, business continuity, and certification frameworks.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
• Must be based in Germany; willingness to travel across EMEA is required. A BS/BA degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, ETL, and data pipelines.
• Experience creating German-language and SAP-specific technical content.
• Background advising partners with SAP implementation expertise.
