Solutions Partner - Core Insurance Software Solutions, Japan (Insurance)

What you will do

• Advise Japanese insurance customers and engage with executive stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers.
• Support insurance pre-sales by explaining solution offerings, delivering demonstrations, and responding to RFIs and RFPs.
• Identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value through the solution portfolio.
• Analyze customer business drivers, organizational interdependencies, and appropriate engagement approaches.
• Collaborate with business specialists to create and close opportunities for platform expansion.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with large-scale core insurance implementations in Japan.
• Hands-on experience across policy administration, claims, digital front ends, reinsurance, payments and collections, and incentives and commissions management.
• Strong insurance domain knowledge and understanding of industry trends and back-office business needs.
• Fluent English and Japanese communication skills.
• Experience working in an international environment.
