Provider Partnerships Regional Manager (Healthcare): Leading and developing a team of Provider Partnerships Managers to scale revenue through healthcare provider partnerships with an accent on field-based coaching and sales activity. Focus on driving in-person provider meetings, optimizing sales pipelines via Salesforce, and scaling a high-growth AI-native digital health system.

Location: Must be based in the Bay Area, CA (Field-first role requiring 3+ days per week in the field)

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) to exceed revenue targets.
  • Spend 3+ days per week in the field conducting ride-alongs and coaching live provider meetings.
  • Manage the full talent lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Drive pipeline reviews and account planning through regular 1:1s and team meetings.
  • Analyze CRM data in Salesforce to uncover strategic insights and optimization levers.
  • Implement performance management processes and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in healthcare sales or business development.
  • 1+ years of sales management experience, preferably within a high-growth startup.
  • Experience hiring and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to spend the majority of the work week in the field with reps.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Salesforce and other data tools for strategy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
