What you will do

• Engage C-Suite executives in the insurance industry to identify technical challenges and business drivers.
• Propose incremental business value using the company's product portfolio.
• Co-create new products and solutions in collaboration with business specialists.
• Analyze existing insurance processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead transformation projects within the insurance domain.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience providing IT solutions for strategic insurance initiatives.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics (MBA/PhD a plus).
• Deep expertise in Core Insurance software.
• Extensive network of C-Suite executives in the UK and North European regions.
• Strong business acumen and solution-selling skills.
• Business fluent English.
