What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives.
  • Present the company's value proposition to potential clients to spark interest.
  • Develop and implement lead-generation strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide market insights to leadership to improve product features and messaging.
  • Manage and report on deal progress within HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Professional proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to uncover customer needs.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently in a results-oriented, fully remote environment.
