is a fast-growing HR Tech startup that automates compliance and duty of care for business travel, workations, and international assignments.
What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email to identify and engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives.
- Present the company's value proposition to potential clients to spark interest.
- Develop and implement lead-generation strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Provide market insights to leadership to improve product features and messaging.
- Manage and report on deal progress within HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound sales, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Professional proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and analytical skills to uncover customer needs.
- Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently in a results-oriented, fully remote environment.
