What you will do

• Support the sales team with technical expertise and insights to enable the closing of large deals.
• Analyze prospect needs and assess functional alignment with hirify.global's platform.
• Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in collaboration with product and insurance experts.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.
• Coordinate complex customer onboarding processes.
• Develop a global pre-sales playbook in collaboration with international peers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgium.
• 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch OR French.
• Proven experience in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
• Ability to handle objections and manage high-level stakeholders in complex environments.

Nice to have

• Fluency in both Dutch AND French.
• Experience with Insurance, Health platforms, or HRIS/Payroll solutions.
