Partner Development Manager (MSP): Supporting the growth and retention of the Managed Service Provider ecosystem with an accent on strategic partner relationships and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth. Focus on sourcing new partners, coordinating discovery and demos, and executing expansion and renewal activities.

What you will do

  • Support a defined set of MSP partners and assist with expansion and renewal activities, including quoting and deal preparation.
  • Identify and engage potential MSP partners through outbound efforts and collaboration with BDRs.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and advance them through the early sales stages.
  • Build strong relationships with MSP partners by understanding their business models and growth objectives.
  • Drive partner adoption of the platform through enablement activities, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Apply the company's sales methodology across acquisition, expansion, and renewal motions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, partner management, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Interest in SaaS, MSPs, and technology-driven business models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • High level of organization with attention to detail in CRM usage and forecasting.
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to progress into a closing role.
