TL;DR

Italian Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Customer Support): Managing inbound and outbound communications for a dance program with an accent on account management and membership retention. Focus on resolving customer inquiries via calls, emails, and live chats to ensure positive user experiences.

Location: Remote. Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mountain Time (MST).

What you will do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat interactions with customers.
  • Manage customer inquiries regarding account details and membership needs.
  • Implement retention strategies to prevent membership cancellations.
  • Respond to order-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions in project systems.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English with strong soft skills.
  • Must submit a video recording introduction saved in Google Drive.
  • OS: Windows 10/11 (MacBooks are strictly prohibited).
  • Hardware: Dual monitors and a USB-connected headset (No Bluetooth/3.5mm).
  • Connectivity: Verified Static IP or a confirmed path to obtain one.
  • Ability to handle high-volume, back-to-back contacts in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in sales or customer retention.
