- Assist users with questions regarding the electronic reservation book, website, and mobile application.

Requirements
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English.
- Must be based in Barcelona.
- Proven experience working in a customer support environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
