What you will do

• Deliver Romanian and English language customer support across LiveChat, email, and telephone.
• Provide quality solutions in a timely and professional manner to exceed customer expectations.
• Guide players through the website and mobile app platforms to assist with services and products.
• Collaborate with Player Safety, Payments, and CRM departments to ensure a safe gambling experience.
• Provide useful feedback on customer experiences to improve services.
• Contribute to team projects and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements

• Fluency in Romanian and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in complex problem solving.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of basic internet and technical concepts.
• Must have the legal right to work in Malta (no visa sponsorship provided).
