Location: Remote (Must be based in Romania, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Slovenia, or Argentina)

What you will do

  • Provide initial advice and updates to B2B partners via calls and tickets in Italian and English.
  • Handle booking modifications and relocations with urgency and attention to detail.
  • Manage incoming tickets and follow up on escalations to ensure proactive resolution.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and workflow.
  • Document all partner interactions accurately within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Advanced level (C1+) of Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Romania, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Slovenia, or Argentina.
  • Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators (preferred).
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and urgent issues professionally.
  • Proactive mindset with a result-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Spanish, Greek, Romanian, Serbian, or other languages.
