What you will do
- Provide initial advice and updates to B2B partners via calls and tickets in Italian and English.
- Handle booking modifications and relocations with urgency and attention to detail.
- Manage incoming tickets and follow up on escalations to ensure proactive resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and workflow.
- Document all partner interactions accurately within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Advanced level (C1+) of Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Romania, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Slovenia, or Argentina.
- Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators (preferred).
- Ability to handle stressful situations and urgent issues professionally.
- Proactive mindset with a result-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Spanish, Greek, Romanian, Serbian, or other languages.
