TL;DR

Customer Support Representative (Italian/Travel-tech): Providing B2B support and initial advice to partners with an accent on Italian language communication and case management. Focus on resolving complex partner issues, coordinating with internal operations teams, and optimizing CRM usage.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Moldova, Serbia, Turkey, Albania, or Greece)

Salary: €700 base + up to €100 bonus KPI

What you will do

  • Provide initial advice and support to B2B partners in Italian via phone.
  • Manage ongoing cases, providing partners with regular progress updates.
  • Coordinate with other operation teams to facilitate communication in the Italian language.
  • Efficiently utilize CRM systems and internal databases to manage client data.

Requirements

  • Italian: Upper Intermediate (B2) proficiency (spoken and written).
  • English: Upper Intermediate (B2) proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Strong soft skills including empathy, stress-resistance, and politeness.
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain a results-focused approach.
  • Necessary equipment: functioning computer and microphone.
