What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate product and service information while addressing concerns with empathy.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments.
- Identify customer needs to provide personalized solutions that enhance satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven customer service experience in a corporate or support environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
- Location: Based in Moldova (Chișinău, Balti or remote).
