What you will do
- Act as the primary partner for B2B plan sponsors, managing inbound inquiries.
- Proactively reach out to at-risk accounts to drive client retention.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to share product feedback and drive business outcomes.
- Apply analytical rigor and empathy to solve complex customer problems.
Requirements
- Must be based in Denver, Chicago, Phoenix, or New York.
- Ability to work from the office approximately 2-3 days per week.
- Strong proficiency in using and evolving fluency with AI tools relevant to the role.
- Experience in B2B client advocacy and relationship management.
- Capacity to balance empathy with analytical problem-solving.
