What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls using prepared scripts and campaigns to drive sales.
• Schedule sales and service appointments for dealerships across the U.S.
• Perform warm transfers to internal teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records after every call.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
• Professional English and Spanish communication skills for international business calls.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, computer with webcam, and a wired headset.
• Availability to work Monday - Saturday, 09:00 AM - 08:00 PM ET.
