Location: Must be based in New York (hybrid: office attendance required at least 3 days per week)

Salary: $170,000 – $230,000 USD + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with GTM leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and scaling strategies.
• Coach managers across all levels to navigate growth challenges and lead with clarity.
• Drive performance and accountability through feedback and professional development planning.
• Manage complex employee relations situations with sound judgment and empathy.
• Identify organizational risks and themes proactively by staying close to the business.
• Implement and refine people programs related to performance and manager effectiveness.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in a People Business Partner role, ideally supporting GTM teams.
• Ability to work from the New York office at least three days per week.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with leaders.
• High emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters.
• Proven experience coaching and influencing leaders at various organizational levels.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
