TL;DR

Senior People Partner (SaaS): Driving organizational effectiveness and people strategy for GTM and G&A functions with an accent on org design, talent management, and data-driven decision-making. Focus on coaching senior leadership, navigating complex employee relations, and scaling high-performance culture in a fast-paced tech environment.

Location: Must be based in New York, USA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office required).

Salary: $144,000 - $168,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

  • Partner with Directors, VPs, and Executives to translate business priorities into actionable people plans, including org design and workforce planning.
  • Drive end-to-end talent management processes such as performance reviews, calibration, and succession planning using people analytics.
  • Coach senior leaders on performance, compensation, and team effectiveness to raise the bar on people leadership.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases and proactively assess team engagement through listening sessions and surveys.
  • Lead cross-functional People programs, ensuring alignment across GTM, G&A, and R&D functions.
  • Utilize AI tools to experiment with and innovate HR processes and use cases.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 4–5 years as an HRBP in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Direct experience supporting commercial or GTM functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Development).
  • Strong command of HR fundamentals, including employment law, compensation, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to present people analytics as clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to New York for a hybrid work model.
  • High autonomy and ability to manage a large, varied book of work across multiple functions.

Nice to have

  • Experience partnering with G&A functions like Finance, Legal, or Operations.
  • Curiosity and practical experience with AI in an HR context.
