TL;DR

People Enablement Partner (SaaS): Designing and delivering people enablement strategies for GTM organizations with an accent on leadership development, performance management, and organizational health. Focus on building AI-driven enablement workflows and coaching managers to improve team effectiveness.

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland

Compensation: EUR 81,000 - GBP 98,000 (OTE) + RSUs

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM management and leadership teams as a trusted advisor for people strategy.
  • Design and lead the annual People Plan focused on learning, performance, and development topics.
  • Facilitate and present enablement sessions both remotely and at in-person departmental offsites.
  • Identify gaps in people management structures to improve overall organizational health metrics.
  • Build lightweight, prompt-driven enablement workflows using AI tools and LLMs.
  • Collaborate with the People team to deliver annual talent, performance, and retention initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in high-growth environments partnering with GTM management teams at a strategic level.
  • Proven ability to work remotely and coordinate with team members globally.
  • Excellent communication skills across Zoom, Slack, and in-person channels.
  • AI-fluency and instinctual use of LLMs to accelerate operational workflows.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology startup environments.
  • Strong facilitation skills and a professional coaching certification.
