What you will do

• Define and lead regional gaming marketing strategies aligned with national and global objectives.
• Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact gaming activations, major events, and owned properties.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams as an executive sponsor for key projects.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with gaming community leaders, influencers, and content creators.
• Lead talent identification and development strategies for gaming opinion leaders and players.
• Identify emerging trends and technologies to maintain brand leadership in the gaming space.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in gaming/esports marketing with proven success in strategic leadership.
• Deep understanding of the global and regional esports ecosystem, including publishers, teams, and leagues.
• Experience in people management, including hiring, training, and motivating teams.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
• Ability to travel 30-40%.
